Woks are an useful vehicle for fast and healthy cooking
Whether it’s for steaming, frying or stir frying, woks are a brilliant method for quick cooking with an assortment of ingredients. They’re great for a range of food recipes, with easy cooking of vegetables, meat and rice. With the use of woks, you can also preserve nutrients and use less fat.
Naturally, woks will develop a layer (the patina) that will also add flavour to food but this process can also be manually accelerated by seasoning it. Here’s a list of eight fantastic woks to help you cook up a storm.
