With properties worth £3 million and several private roads and gardens, many wealthy and famous homeowners reside in and around Billionaire’s Row.

Due to its proximity to Hyde Park and some of London’s most established haute couture, this is a popular area of London.

Houses here are snapped up very quickly—even when prices are approximately £2million.

Right in the heart of London, near the Thames River, is Chelsea. Like Knightsbridge, houses this well-known area of affluence come in at around £2million.

Chelsea Square alone is valued at £10million. Since 2014, the area has played a starring role in popular TV programme Made in Chelsea.

Home to the world-renowned Notting Hill Carnival and inspiring memories of Hugh Grant’s 1999 performance of a charmingly dishevelled English man in a film of the same name.

Notting Hill clocks in as a slightly cheaper option for a millionaire pad, with prices sitting just under the £2million mark.

Rumour has it there’s house down in old West Brompton that’s worth over £70million. But fear not! A home in this postcode will only set you back around £1.5million.

Tallying as the two most expensive towns outside of London, Surrey towns Virginia Water and Cobham are both popular with London’s executive commuters.

The towns boast a travel time of just over one hour and house prices of around £1million.

Just half an hour from the big smoke by train, the town of Beaconsfield in Buckinghamshire is surrounded by open green land.

Properties here are valued at just under £900,000.
