A safari in Kenya offers not only breathtaking scenery in one of the world's most pristine locations but also provides close encounters with some of Africa's most sought-after wildlife.

Afterward, you'll proceed to Lake Naivasha, where you'll have dinner and spend the night at your chosen lodge.

After a delicious breakfast, you'll take a boat for a ride on this enormous freshwater lake, which sits at the highest point of the Kenyan Rift Valley at 1884 meters and is home to a variety of animal species. Before you arrive at Crescent Island, you'll get a chance to see hippos and birds.

Walking about in the sanctuary on the island, you'll get to see the animals in their natural habitat without the worry of being preyed upon. Other than the residents, the view of the lake is spectacular, with beautiful flowers and the Great Rift towering over the horizon. Then you'll drive to Masai Mara, which is located on the lake's shore.

After a late breakfast at your lodge, you'll pack a picnic lunch and travel back into the park for a full day of exploring.

Over 95 animal species live in the habitat, including vast herds of elephants and buffaloes that wander the plains, hippo pools in the Mara brown rivers, Masai giraffes, topis, grant, and Thompson gazelles, zebras, plenty of Nile crocodiles, blue- and red-tailed monkeys and tree hyraxes. As a result, the area is a perfect habitat for Kenya's famed big cats because of its abundance of herbivores. You can spot lions, leopards, cheetahs, hyenas, and jackals.

After an exciting day, you'll return to your lodge for the night for dinner.
