Andrea Samantha doesn’t believe in holding back and underselling herself

For as long as she can remember, Andrea Samantha always wanted to build a career that would speak to her passion for helping people.

Joining MONAT global as a network marketer allowed her to do just that.  Now, training thousands of young individuals to become top sales leaders, she aims to instill the same outlook that helped her achieve success in no time.

Like any other individual, Andrea had plenty of dreams she wanted to accomplish when she first started her career as a hairstylist. Working at an Aveda salon and training new stylists on the floor, her interest in charting new territories only grew further as she worked towards building her clientele. Seeing how things were looking up for her, she started her own wedding hair and makeup business. "Being a hairstylist, I was commission-based, so I've always had to be on my game to grow my clientele and be the base to maintain them. I'm a creative, so I've dabbled on Etsy and had my own wedding hair and makeup business before starting MONAT in direct sales."

From a very young age, she had been primed towards honing a strong work ethic and remaining consistent in her goals. Knowing that nothing would be handed to her on a silver platter, Andrea was determined to establish an impressionable mark in her career. She adds:  “My mom stayed at home with me and my sister and my dad worked a 9-5. He taught us work ethic and that nothing is handed to us. We didn’t have the best relationship, because I am independent and they were more traditional. I was homeschooled until high school and then attended a small private Christian school.”

Her professional life soon took on a positive turn when she joined the direct selling company MONAT global. Having earned one million in commissions in 3.5 years, she scaled her way as the top income earner at the company. Soon, Andrea entered the coaching field to guide young individuals in reaching their goals upon realizing how she wanted to impart the practices she'd learned over the years. "My business is using social media to promote my brand and also to be a top leader to train my team of thousands to do the same. My goal is to have several streams of income, and it was to be able to have financial and time freedom, which I now have."

The secret behind her success is fairly straightforward: To never give up. Being a firm believer that women can achieve whatever they want, Andrea aspires to lead by example. Despite the setbacks and challenges she encountered along the way, she is hopeful than ever to meet new opportunities.
