The Essentials
Ah nam, verb: to tell on someone. Uncertain derivation, has been used in street gangs and by teenagers since around 2005.
Bare, adverb: a lot of, very. "She's got bare cats"
Beast, adjective: to describe something that's really cool "You got me a new iPad? You beast!"
Boom, exclamation: a slogan of approval in inner-city London "I've just completed Candy Crush level 537... BOOM!"
Buff, adjective: sexy, fit. "That boy over there is well buff"
Bum, verb: to enjoy something, "You absolutely bum Eastenders"
Chung, adjective: extremely sexy "I'm looking for a bare chung lady"
Fo sho, exclamation: urban version of yes, for sure, certainly "Are we still hanging out on Saturday?" "Fo sho!"
Hangin, adjective: ugly, most likely with an unattractive body and bad dress sense to boot "Did you see what he was wearing? He was hangin."
Heavy, adjective: cool, interesting "Did you know that Kanye West is worth $120 million?" "Heavy!"
Howling, adjective: ugly
Mint, adjective: cool
Munter, adjective: ugly
Owned, verb: to be made a fool of, to be beaten by
Rinsed, verb: overused, used up, all gone
Safa, adjective: coolest of the cool, superlative version of safe
Sick, adjective: interesting, cool, never seen before. The more sick something is, the better. This usage originated with skaters and snowboarders.

Fauxhawk, noun: a hairstyle in which a section of hair running from the front to the back of the head stands erect, intended to resemble a Mohican haircut (in which the sides of the head are shaved)
EMOJI, noun: a small digital image or icon used to express an idea or emotion in electronic communication
FOMO, exclamation: “fear of missing out” anxiety that an exciting or interesting event may currently be happening elsewhere, often aroused by posts seen on a social media
Bitcoin, noun: a digital currency in which transactions can be performed without the need for a central bank

Squee, exclamation: used to express great delight or excitement
