Delicious and healthy pomegranate smoothie recipe

Makes: 2 glasses
- 1 orange
- 250ml pomegranate juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice or 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 250g low-fat berry yogurt
- Peel orange and chop flesh, discarding any seeds.
- Put orange, pomegranate juice and berry yogurt in a blender and whizz until smooth.
- Pour into two glasses and enjoy.
