Delicious and healthy pomegranate smoothie recipe

Pomegranate is said to be effective against heart disease, high blood pressure and some cancers. What's more it tastes delicious too.

Makes: 2 glasses


  • 1 orange
  • 250ml pomegranate juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice or 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 250g low-fat berry yogurt

Recipe method

  1. Peel orange and chop flesh, discarding any seeds.
  2. Put orange, pomegranate juice and berry yogurt in a blender and whizz until smooth.
  3. Pour into two glasses and enjoy.
