Start the day with these delicious smoothies
These healthy and delicious smoothies are the perfect way to kick start a busy day. Just prepare your ingredients and stick them in your blender-of-choice: easy!

Chocolate pear pudding smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 pear
  • 1/2 an avocado
  • 1 tsp flax seeds
  • 2 medjool dates (stones removed)
  • 2 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp cashew nuts
  • 2 tbsp coconut milk (the creamy part at the top)
  • Coconut water until the desired consistency is reached

Ingredients:

  • 300ml almond milk
  • 2 Medjool dates
  • 1 handful of spinach
  • 1 frozen banana 
  • 100g of frozen blueberries 
  • 1 heaped tbsp of almond butter 
  • 1 tsp of chia seeds

Ingredients:

Green layer:
  • ½ avocado
  • Handful of baby spinach leaves
  • 1 tbsp fresh mint leaves, chopped
  • 140ml coconut water
Pink Layer:
  • 120g frozen raspberries
  • 100ml coconut water
Orange Layer:
  • 1 medium carrot, peeled and chopped into chunks
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 100ml fresh orange juice
  • ½ banana
