Recipe: Peanut butter chicken curry

Though curry might not be the first thing which springs to mind in the summer, this dish is designed for the hot weather—channelling flavours of South East Asian satay, and African mafay peanut stews. Check the list off as you go!

Drinks Tip… Even if you prefer pale pink rosé from Provence, a fruitier wine works best with curries, so look for a Portuguese or Italian number, which will also taste delicious with a summer berry dessert.
