I love kale. I always have a big bag of it in my fridge. It's the perfect ingredient to add to smoothies, soups and stews. It lasts well in the salad drawer too.

Why else do I love it? Because it's a superfood. 1 cup of kale contains more calcium than a glass of milk, more vitamin C than an orange and more than 100% of your daily recommended amount of  vitamin A. It has folate for brain development and lots of fibre to help you feel full and level out your blood sugar.
