Guarantee of Quality for Books, Music and Video

If you order from our online Shop, you can do so knowing that all goods are fully guaranteed under the Reader's Digest Guarantee of Quality. Your complete satisfaction with the quality of goods supplied by Reader's Digest is important to us.

This Guarantee gives you every assurance that ...

Every effort will be made in production and packing to ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition.

Your order will be dispatched with the utmost care to ensure prompt and safe delivery. Should you wish to return a product, you may do so within seven working days of delivery and receive a full refund of any money you may have paid. Full details will be sent with your order.

Your complete satisfaction is guaranteed - this has been Reader's Digest policy for over 80 years - and we will continue to serve you with this aim in mind. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

Ordering online

There is NO DELIVERY CHARGE FOR THE VAST MAJORITY OF OUR PRODUCTS ORDERED ONLINE*.  For as long as we have the ability to make cost savings by offering our products online we are happy to pass these savings back to you.

*  Where this is not the case, you will be made aware of any charges before you complete your purchase.

Offers apply to the UK only, and are not available to those under 18.
Orders are subject to acceptance by Reader's Digest.

Online competitions and prize draws

We reserve the right to use winners' names, home towns, photographs, and statements in future publicity or promotional material and by entering our Competitions and Prize Draws you consent to such use.

Prize Draw Rules

Reader's Digest £10,000 Immediate Payout Monthly Draw

  • Only one Internet entry per household is permitted for this Draw. The deadline for entry via the Internet is 12 midnight on 31st January 2008.
  • Entry is open only to residents of the UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Republic of Ireland aged 18 or over. It is not open to employees of The Reader's Digest Association Ltd and its subsidiary companies and all other persons engaged with this Prize Draw, their immediate families, and relatives living in an employee's household.
  • The Draw takes place in the week of 11th February 2008 and the winner will be notified in writing. You don't need to buy anything to take part.
  • For the winner's name (available from 25th February 2008) send a 9" x 6" SAE marked 'MD132 DRAW WINNER' to: Reader's Digest, Leicester LE55 8AA.
  • We reserve the right to use the winner’s name, home town, photograph and opinions in future publicity or promotional material, and by entering our Competitions and Prize Draws you consent to such use.
  • This Prize Draw may be used to promote more than one product.
