The last day for return of valid entries is 31st July 2012. The draw takes place in the week of 8th August 2012 and all winners will be notified in writing. If you win you could, if you wished, change any choice of prize made earlier. You don't need to buy anything to take part. £5,000 Immediate Payout (Monthly) Draw

All valid entries received by Reader's Digest within the deadlines stated in the promotion will be entered in the draw for a prize of £5,000. Entry is open only to residents of the UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Republic of Ireland aged 18 or over. It is not open to employees of Vivat Direct Limited (t/a Reader's Digest), its subsidiary companies and all other persons engaged with this prize draw, their immediate families, and relatives living in an employee's household. Each Monthly Draw takes place on the Tuesday of the second full week of the following month and the winner will be notified in writing. To qualify for the skill-testing Thank You Prize Contest special (C944) please complete the Contest entry form supplied with your order and return to the address stated on the form. Entrants must be over 18 and be residents of the UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Republic of Ireland. Completed Entry Forms must be returned by 31st July 2012. The prize winner will be notified as soon as possible after the 31st July 2012.
