There is NO DELIVERY CHARGE FOR THE VAST MAJORITY OF OUR PRODUCTS ORDERED ONLINE*. For as long as we have the ability to make cost savings by offering our products online we are happy to pass these savings back to you.
* Where this is not the case, you will be made aware of any charges before you complete your purchase. How long will my order take to arrive? On average it will take approximately seven days for your order to arrive. By far the majority of our products are delivered within this period: we aim to process, pack and despatch your product within 72 hours, and our delivery agents, Parcelnet, usually deliver to mainland UK addresses within three days. At peak times, orders can take as long as 14 days, so you may see that we ask you to allow 14 days for delivery in some of our promotions.
Despite our best attempts to predict the number of orders that we will receive, we occasionally run out of stock of some titles. We have a sophisticated re-ordering system in place, but in cases of overwhelming demand there may be delays. Orders are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis.
