A true and unpublished story for You Couldn’t Make it Up
A funny picture or anecdote for one of our end-of-article fillers

Please don’t send us long articles, poetry or cartoons, and please make sure you include your full address, telephone number and email address so that we can contact you if we’re going to publish your contribution.

Q. I sent a contribution in three months ago but haven’t heard anything, how will I know if it’s been published, or is going to be published?

If we publish your contribution we’ll contact you before the relevant magazine is published to arrange for payment to be sent to you. If you haven’t heard from us six months after sending us your story, it’s unlikely that we’ll feature it in the magazine, but please don’t let that stop you sending us new stories and jokes as we love to hear from all of our readers.

Q. How do I get my letters, stories or photos back?

Unfortunately, due to the high volume we receive, we cannot acknowledge or return unpublished items or unsolicited article-length manuscripts and please do not send self-addressed envelopes.
