Can I manage my Account online?

Yes, all Reader's Digest customers can now manage their accounts online. By Registering for My Reader's Digest, you will be able to change or update your contact details, pay Reader's Digest bills and take advantage of special offers that are available for online customers. Is it safe to shop online?

You will notice a padlock icon on the base of your browser when you enter our 'checkout'. This indicates that all information entered in the session is secure and encrypted. Shopping Online is just as secure (if not more secure) than at any other time you may use your credit card. Whatsmore, unlike some websites, we do not store your credit card details so there is no danger that they can later be accessed illegitimately. This is why you are required to re-input your credit card details each time you shop with us - your security is our top priority.

I cannot find the title I am looking for

You may find it useful to consider the following search tips

Try searching using the first few letters of the name. If the title begins with "THE" or "A" etc try searching without these or using just a word from the title, for example; for "The Reader's Digest DIY Manual" try searching for "DIY Manual" or just "DIY".

How do I tell if a message about a prize win is real?

If the message asks you to make any kind of payment, then in all likelihood, such a message is a scam. Neither Reader's Digest, nor most other reputable companies, will request payment for you to collect a prize. If you are unsure about any email message, please contact Customer Services.

Where can I get technical support for RDPlus?

RDPlus is the Internet Service Provider (ISP) from Reader's Digest UK. It offers you access to the Internet for just the price of a local phone call. For RDPlus Technical Support, please call the help line on 0906 296 5577. Calls cost 25p/minute.

Whom do I contact about business or advertising opportunities with Reader's Digest?
