I love potatoes, not only do they taste good, but they're a great source of energy too. Need some fresh ideas for cooking potatoes? Check them out here.

I love potatoes. There’s something so comforting about them and they’re so filling too. New potatoes are especially good. Little firm orbs of deliciousness just crying out to be eaten.

Not only do they taste good, they’re a great source of energy too. The NHS recommend that a third of our diets should contain complex carbohydrates such as potatoes, bread, cereals, rice and pasta.

Unlike these other carbohydrates, potatoes are a great source of Vitamin C, especially if you leave their skins on.
